Our Fuschlsee double rooms (approx. 22–25 m² including bathroom) impress with their fantastic location offering direct views of Lake Fuschl. Depending on availability, the rooms either have a balcony or a large terrace from which you can enjoy the lake and the panoramic views to the full. They are perfect for guests who prefer to spend their time at the lake, on the beach, or in the cozy areas of the hotel and do not need a large room.

Our Economy Twin double rooms (approx. 15 m² including bathroom) are small but functional – ideal for children or friends traveling together. The rooms have two separate single beds (each 90 × 180 cm) that cannot be pushed together, as well as a balcony with a view of the Schober, our local mountain. They are perfect for guests who prefer to spend their time at the lake, on the beach, or in the cozy areas of the hotel and do not need a large room.

Our Schlössl Suite (approx. 80 m²) on the 2nd floor of the Seeschlössl offers plenty of space to relax and unwind – with a fantastic view of Lake Fuschl and the surrounding mountains. The suite has a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed (extra bed possible), and a bright living room with a balcony facing the sunny side of the lake. A kitchenette completes the amenities and offers flexibility for your stay. The suite is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator – ideal for guests who appreciate spaciousness, privacy, and direct access to the lake.

Our Tower Suite (approx. 35 m²) in the Seeschlössl captivates with its cozy ambiance and the living area in the tower, which gives this room its very own character. From here, you can enjoy a side view of Lake Fuschl and the surrounding landscape—a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The Tower Suite is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and does not have a balcony. It is ideal for guests who appreciate something special and want to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Seeschlössl.
